You will be responsible for:
- Leading the quality function across the business, developing robust processes and ensuring consistently high standards throughout every project.
- Managing supplier quality across a global supply chain, working closely with manufacturing partners to identify risks, resolve issues and drive improvements.
- Establishing and maintaining quality standards, inspection procedures, specifications and documentation from product development through to final delivery.
- Investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions, using root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and protect customer expectations.
- Collaborating with design, engineering, project management and supply chain teams to ensure products are technically achievable, compliant and manufactured to exacting standards.
Key attributes required:
- Proven Quality Management experience within luxury packaging, packaging, print, gifting or a related manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance, supplier management, inspection processes and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with international suppliers and complex manufacturing supply chains.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and a proactive approach to quality.
- A confident communicator capable of influencing suppliers, internal teams and customers while maintaining strong commercial relationships.
