You will be responsible for:
- Assisting the lead printer with all aspects of press make ready, operation and clean up
- Continually loading the press feeder with materials and keeping press delivery clear
- Following the make ready procedure, ensuring that correct plates and materials are in position
- Conducting general maintenance and adjusting settings accordingly
- Ensuring SOPβs and company procedures are adhered to at all times
Key attributes required:
- Ability to understand and follow job specifications with high attention to detail
- Can follow instructions to operate equipment safely
- A good communicator, team player with a pro-active attitude
- Previous experience working within a production environment
- A general knowledge of litho presswork is desirable
