You will be responsible for:
- Defining and delivering the strategic vision for the business, translating objectives into clear commercial, operational and organisational priorities
- Leading operational and delivery performance, ensuring client projects are executed efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of service, quality and profitability
- Driving innovation and business transformation, identifying opportunities to improve processes, embrace technology, increase efficiency and strengthen the customer proposition
- Leading, motivating and developing the management team, creating a high-performance culture built around accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Taking ownership of overall business performance, working closely with senior stakeholders to manage budgets, resources, and key performance indicators while ensuring strategic objectives are achieved
Key attributes required:
- Based in the Benelux region, an experienced Managing Director, General Manager or senior operational leader with a sales/commercial bias from retail marketing, print, print management, marketing services or a related industry
- A strategic and commercially focused leader with the ability to set direction and drive business performance
- Strong experience in operations and delivery management, with a track record of improving efficiency, service and profitability
- Experience of driving change, introducing new technology and improving processes
- A confident people leader with the ability to develop teams, influence stakeholders and create a high-performing culture
