You’ll be managing high-value, long-term customer accounts within a growing cartons and packaging business, with the autonomy to build strong partnerships and genuinely influence outcomes. You’ll work with innovative, sustainable carton solutions across a diverse customer base, supported by experienced production and technical teams who understand packaging inside out.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing key customer accounts within the carton packaging sector
  • Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts from enquiry through to delivery

  • Building and maintaining long-term, trusted customer relationships whilst developing new business opportunities
  • Forecasting volumes and managing account plans to support production planning
