Business Development Manager | Luxury Packaging | London | Up to £60k

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving new business development by identifying and converting opportunities within the luxury packaging sector
  • Cultivating and expanding relationships with key accounts to maximise long-term commercial growth
  • Generating sales through proactive prospecting, networking, and client engagement activities
  • Understanding client objectives and recommending bespoke luxury packaging solutions to meet brand requirements
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through to proposal, negotiation, and contract award

Key attributes required:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales within luxury packaging, print, or a related industry
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and representing the business at client meetings and industry events
