This is a key growth role for an ambitious Business Development Manager to expand the company’s presence across multiple sectors while maintaining and nurturing some existing accounts. You will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships and help shape the company’s strategy in a thriving, evolving market.

You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities, delivering growth across existing and new sectors
- Maintaining and developing existing client relationships while maximising revenue potential
- Presenting and selling a broad range of digital print solutions tailored to client needs
- Building and managing a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities across the South of England
- Working closely with internal teams, including production, operations and marketing to deliver high-quality service and campaigns
Key attributes required:
- Proven success in business development, preferably within digital print, marketing services, or creative industries
- Experience growing existing accounts while driving new client acquisition
- Knowledge of digital printing – small & large format and/or direct mail
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as contributing to wider strategic initiatives
