Responsibilities- Managing and developing long-term relationships with key clients across public and private sector accounts
- Identifying, upselling and cross-sell opportunities within document automation, digital communications, and managed services solutions
- Understanding client workflows and recommending solutions that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and customer communications
- Coordinating with internal operational and technical teams to ensure successful onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution
- Supporting account growth through renewals, pipeline management, CRM updates, and achievement of revenue and retention targets
