Account Director | POS & Large Format Graphics | South East | £65k-£75k

The company blends years of craftsmanship with advanced production technology, offering a complete end-to-end service from creative design and prototyping through to in‑house manufacturing, distribution, and installation. You will be responsible for:

• Challenging existing processes and streamlining workflows to improve efficiency, enhance client experience, and support evolving marketing and campaign requirements
• Managing day‑to‑day client operations, including campaign coordination, stock management, data assessment, and identifying opportunities to reduce unnecessary print volumes
• Proactively developing account plans, delivering high‑quality quarterly reviews, and identifying future improvements, challenges, and growth opportunities
• Leading and mentoring a team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence
• Supporting a new Marketing Director by refining campaign processes, improving lead times, and bringing a fresh perspective to major annual campaigns

Key attributes required:

• Knowledge of large format printing and 3D POS, ideally with hands‑on exposure to projects that combine print and 3D structural elements
• Strong retail experience with a clear understanding of in‑store activation, campaign cycles, and brand implementation
• Excellent client‑facing skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes and consistently enhance the customer experience
• Highly analytical approach, confident assessing data, understanding stock usage and identifying opportunities to optimise print volumes
• Proactive account management skills, with the ability to anticipate client needs, develop forward‑looking plans, and drive continuous improvement
