One of our clients is seeking a qualified and experienced Compex Electrician to join their team at a power station in Kent. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the safe and compliant installation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical equipment in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, control, and lighting systems.
- Inspect, repair, and replace electrical components, such as wiring, fixtures, transformers, and circuit breakers.
- Perform general electrical maintenance and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical system issues and malfunctions.
- Read blueprints and schematics.
- Document repairs and modifications.
