About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Service Coordinator to join our busy engineering team based in Droitwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional support to both customers and field engineers.

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling engineering appointments, managing customer communications, processing purchase orders, and ensuring all service administration is completed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate engineers' schedules to maximise efficiency.
  • Arrange service and maintenance appointments with customers.
  • Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Produce service-related reports and update internal systems.
  • Maintain and update customer information using the company's CRM system.
  • Liaise with engineers, customers, and suppliers to ensure jobs are completed successfully.
  • Provide administrative support to the service department and assist with day-to-day operations.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Service Administrator, or similar role.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage customer and service information.
  • Knowledge of processing purchase orders and preparing reports.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A professional telephone manner with strong communication abilities.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • The flexibility to travel occasionally to other company locations when required.
