Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all production activities to meet project and sales targets.
  • Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource use.
  • Lead capacity and material planning, including subcontractor coordination.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Monitor and report on production performance, including cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and Procurement.
  • Maintain accurate records for traceability, maintenance, and compliance.
