We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of custom-engineered solutions including valves, pumps, seals, dampers, and flow control components for critical global applications.

Our solutions serve industries like Power Generation, Carbon Capture, Oil & Gas, Marine, and beyond where precision and reliability drive success.
The Role: Reporting to the Projects Department Manager at our Nottinghamshire HQ, you will own the full lifecycle of multiple engineering projects - from strategy and planning to execution and handover. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver complex fluid control systems on time, within budget, and to top standards. Occasional UK and overseas travel included.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of custom projects involving valves, pumps, seals, dampers, and related systems.
- Foster strong customer and internal relationships as the key point of contact.
- Direct multi-disciplinary teams to hit milestones and surpass expectations.
- Manage technical, commercial, and operational elements, including budgets, timelines, and scope changes.
- Leverage Microsoft Office and ERP tools (e.g., SAP Business One) for tracking, reporting, and control.
Your Profile: A proactive leader and problem-solver with solid project management experience in engineering. You excel in fast-paced settings, juggling priorities while motivating teams.
Essential:
- Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship/HNC/Degree/Equivalent).
- 3+ years in project management.
- 3+ years in mechanical engineering, ideally with fluid control components like valves or pumps or Fabrication/Welding/Assembly.
- Experience with multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale projects in heavy industrial sectors (Oil & Gas, Power, Energy, EPC, Material Handling, Mining, Quarrying, etc.)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Full UK driving licence and work eligibility.
Desirable:
- Multilingual skills for global clients.
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, APMP).
