We are currently seeking an experienced Electrician to join a growing team working on the assembly and electrical installation of modular build plant rooms. This is a permanent night shift position offering long-term stability, structured working hours, and a long weekend every week.
The role is based within a modern production environment where high-quality modular plant rooms are wired, fitted, and completed to specification before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities- Electrical installation, wiring, and termination within modular plant rooms
- Working from electrical drawings and schematics
- Installation of containment systems including tray, trunking, and conduit
- Completing wiring and build stages to a high standard
- Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations and quality standards
- Working collaboratively within a multi-trade production environment
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Valid JIB Gold Card (preferred/required depending on client site rules)
- Strong background in industrial, commercial, or modular installation work
- Confident reading technical drawings
- Installation-focused skillset (no testing & inspection required)
- ECS/CSCS card advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Permanent employment
- Salary £54,000 – £59,000 per annum
- Consistent night shift pattern (Mon–Thurs)
- Long weekends every week
- Optional Friday overtime available
