  • Preparing quotations and converting enquiries into orders
  • Processing purchase orders and sales orders accurately
  • Proactively contacting existing and lapsed accounts

  • Working closely with other departments to ensure orders are delivered smoothly
  • Sharing customer feedback and potential commercial opportunities with the wider business

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in internal sales, account management, sales support or a customer-focused commercial role
  • A confident and personable telephone manner
  • The ability to build genuine, long-term customer relationships
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to following up customers and opportunities
  • Confidence using CRM systems and other digital tools
  • The ability to manage calls, enquiries and orders in a busy environment
  • A positive, enthusiastic and commercially minded attitude

Experience within B2B sales, order processing or a trade-focused environment would be advantageous, although the attitude and ability to build strong customer relationships are equally important.

The Opportunity

You will be joining a successful business at an exciting stage of its development, with the opportunity to make a visible impact as the sales function continues to grow.

The position offers a basic salary of up to £32,000, a realistic OTE of £36,000, ongoing development and genuine opportunities for career progression.
