The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to take full strategic leadership of a growing international manufacturer at a pivotal stage of transformation. Reporting to the board, you will shape the company’s direction by driving growth across people, products, markets and operations. The position carries responsibility for hiring and developing high-performing teams, expanding manufacturing capability, launching new product lines, and entering new target markets and international regions. You will also strengthen the company’s global presence by establishing and managing new agents and strategic partners. In essence, this opportunity combines commercial leadership with operational ambition - creating the platform to double the size of the business and establish it as a true global leader within its field.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in manufacturing who combines commercial acumen with operational excellence. You will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior leadership role within manufacturing.
  • A background in sales or commercial management, with a deep understanding of how to grow revenue across domestic and international markets.
  • The strategic insight to lead business transformation and deliver sustainable growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving a performance culture.
  • The ability to be on-site regularly at the Northwest head office.
