They’re now looking for a Technical Manager to oversee a team of surveyors and analysts ensuring the smooth delivery of asbestos projects across the South East.

The Opportunity

• Lead, support and develop a team of asbestos surveyors and analysts.
• Oversee project delivery for key clients ensuring technical and commercial success.
• Manage workloads and scheduling to balance efficiency with staff wellbeing.
• Maintain compliance with UKAS and ISO standards (45001).
• Support tenders, proposals and business improvement initiatives.
• Represent the technical function in client meetings and audits.

About You

• Experienced asbestos professional with strong leadership capability.
• BoHS qualified (P402, P403, P404); additional management qualifications desirable.
• Excellent working knowledge of UKAS procedures and quality systems.
• Confident communicator with a focus on mentoring and developing others.
• Organised, commercially aware and committed to maintaining high technical standards.
