We are seeking a highly capable Senior Transformation/PMO Manager to join a growing business support function and take ownership of the delivery of key strategic priorities across the UK operation. This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with senior leaders at both UK and group level.
The Role: The successful candidate will lead the planning and execution of quarterly strategic priorities, ensuring projects are delivered effectively, on time and in line with business objectives. The initial focus will be the implementation of a future-fit operating plan for the UK business, with wider responsibility for identifying opportunities to improve operational and commercial excellence across the organisation. You will develop clear project plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage progress against milestones, and ensure strong communication across the business. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, while maintaining quality, pace and operational continuity. You will be the transformation leader in a business with massive growth and development plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans aligned to quarterly strategic priorities.
- Lead delivery from project initiation through to completion and aftercare.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align decisions and manage expectations.
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, obstacles and results.
- Manage project budgets and allocate people and resources effectively.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, digitalisation, automation and innovation.
- Support the wider business in embedding change and operational excellence.
