Role Overview An exciting opportunity has become available to join a busy service team.
This is an office-based role.
The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a team to help ensure the smooth running of field service operations.
Key Responsibilities Set up and create engineers work packs using SAP and C4C systems.
Plan site activities and coordinate field technicians to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Prepare and submit RAMS in conjunction with the SHEQ Manager.
Update systems data where applicable.
Liaise with customers regarding service activity and progress updates.
Plan and procure third-party technical services and subcontract works.
Ensure correct scheduling when using workshop services and issue updates to clients.
Arrange site deliveries and collections.
Price and procure third-party spare parts for site work.
Liaise with Technical Support, Workshop Supervisor, and Area Sales Managers.
Carry out any other duties reasonably required by the business.
Work in line with company policies, standards, and health and safety guidelines.
Key Attributes Generating work instruction packs. Sourcing spares. Planning and scheduling. Managing third-party services.
Desired Skills & Experience 3 years experience in a similar role.
Mechanical or electrical engineering background advantageous.
Experience in planning/scheduling.
Project management experience is advantageous.
Previous experience within a service environment.
