Position Overview: As a Service and Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the meticulous service and maintenance of a wide variety of pumps. Your role will involve planned maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installing, and providing on-site training to our customers. We are looking for a professional, competent, and socially adept individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct service and maintenance of the company’s products, with a specialization in pumps over 4MW.
- Execute planned maintenance in a timely manner.
- Provide on-site and workshop-based installation and validation services.
- Perform troubleshooting, service, and repair activities, addressing technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Deliver on-site training sessions to customers on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Apprentice trained or time served 3+ years within the pump industry.
- UK Driving License.
- Strong knowledge of pumps and valves is essential.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
