We are seeking a skilled Artisan Tradesperson with experience in tiling, stone masonry, or bricklaying to join our specialist fabrication team in Kidderminster. Key Responsibilities

  • Apply wear-resistant materials to fabricated metal products
  • Install tiles, refractory materials, stone, or similar lining systems with precision
  • Prepare surfaces and ensure correct bonding and durability standards are achieved
  • Work from engineering drawings and job specifications
  • Support fabrication and production teams when required
  • Carry out on-site installations and repairs at customer locations
  • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and performance standards
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in one or more of the following trades: Tiling, Stone masonry, Bricklaying
  • High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Ability to adapt traditional trade skills to industrial and fabrication environments
  • Experience using adhesives, mortars, or specialist lining products (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong practical problem-solving skills

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Willingness to travel and work on customer sites when required
