About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Artisan Tradesperson with experience in tiling, stone masonry, or bricklaying to join our specialist fabrication team in Kidderminster. Key Responsibilities
- Apply wear-resistant materials to fabricated metal products
- Install tiles, refractory materials, stone, or similar lining systems with precision
- Prepare surfaces and ensure correct bonding and durability standards are achieved
- Work from engineering drawings and job specifications
- Support fabrication and production teams when required
- Carry out on-site installations and repairs at customer locations
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and performance standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in one or more of the following trades: Tiling, Stone masonry, Bricklaying
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to adapt traditional trade skills to industrial and fabrication environments
- Experience using adhesives, mortars, or specialist lining products (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong practical problem-solving skills

- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Willingness to travel and work on customer sites when required
