The Role Manage and develop a strategically important customer account operating in a safety-critical environment. Act as the key interface between operational teams, suppliers and customer stakeholders. Coordinate equipment, materials and service requirements across multiple workstreams. Support project mobilisation, forecasting and ongoing account development. Drive service excellence, operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities for account growth and increased customer value. What We're Looking For Experience within construction, plant hire, infrastructure, logistics, facilities management or industrial services. Strong account management and stakeholder engagement skills. Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-led approach. Ability to work effectively across multiple projects and operational teams. Experience managing complex or high-profile customer accounts. Essential Requirement Must hold a current Heathrow Airside Pass or have very recent Heathrow Airside experience and be eligible for immediate airside clearance.
