The Role:
We are looking for an exceptional Freelance Coach to join the Mercury Hampton team and help deliver our performance services to clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-level individuals and teams, empowering them to achieve meaningful growth and success. While this position starts as freelance, there is potential for it to transition into a permanent role and for the right candidate, the opportunity to take on a leadership role over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops focused on performance, leadership, and personal development.
- Tailor coaching strategies to meet the unique needs of individual clients or teams.
- Help clients set and achieve ambitious goals, develop leadership capabilities, enhance team dynamics, and overcome obstacles.
- Track client progress, offer actionable feedback, and adjust strategies to ensure the best results.
- Collaborate with the Mercury Hampton team to ensure seamless service delivery aligned with the company’s goals and values.
- Maintain a professional and confidential coaching environment that fosters trust and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: sales coaching, performance coaching, team coaching, or executive coaching.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport, motivate, and inspire clients.
- Expertise in performance improvement, leadership development, and emotional intelligence.
- The flexibility to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries.
- Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF, ILM) or a relevant coaching qualification is preferred but not essential.
- A self-starter with the ability to manage a freelance schedule and work independently.
