The Opportunity

You’ll join a friendly experienced UK sales team working alongside senior colleagues who will personally coach and mentor you. The business will provide full sales training everything from territory management to consultative selling and negotiation.

You’ll visit customers across your patch learning how to identify technical challenges and present solutions from a premium tooling range used across bending punching and sheet metal fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team across the M4 Corridor and South of England.
• Conduct 1020 customer visits per week with 56 overnight stays per month.
• Understand customer manufacturing processes and recommend tooling solutions.
• Develop long‑term relationships with engineers, production managers and buyers.
• Learn the full sales process from enquiry through to closing orders.

About You

• Background in CNC machining, sheet metal pressing, bending or machine tools.
• Hands‑on engineer, service technician or applications engineer seeking to move into sales.
• Enthusiastic communicator with the confidence to build relationships and learn on the job.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and willing to travel extensively.
