Technical Sales Engineer Location : South UK = South East / South West England & South Wales Working pattern : Hybrid home/field-based, with occasional overnight stays

The role combines technical consultation, relationship building, and solution-led sales within a specialist condition monitoring environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, building trust, and recommending the right technical solution from a specialist product portfolio.
The successful candidate will spend time visiting customer and office sites, acting as a trusted advisor, and supporting commercial growth through strong technical understanding and service-led selling.
Key responsibilities Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
Identify customer needs and sell the most suitable solution from the product range.
Visit customer and office sites across the region, with some overnight travel.
Work independently while maintaining a professional and consistent approach.
Person profile We are looking for a confident, practical, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.
You will be logical, accountable, and comfortable working on your own initiative, while also contributing positively as part of a team.
Required experience Technical sales experience.
A recognised mechanical/Electrical qualification.
Understanding of electromechanical machinery.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Strong IT skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point.
Experience using CRM systems.
Desirable Condition monitoring experience.
Mobius/BINDT ISO18436 Cat I qualification.
