Overview
A world-leading manufacturer of rotating equipment and precision mechanical components supplying a diverse range of industrial sectors including pump OEMs, pump service providers, filtration, chemicals, semiconductors, food & beverage, and general industrial applications.
Salary: 120000 to 150000 basic salary with excellent OTE 180000. Excellent corporate package: Executive Car, pension, private medical, salary sacrifice options, death in service.
Location: Yorkshire; covering the UK and rest of the World. Suitable for candidates based within commutable distance of Yorkshire: Nottingham, Derby, Leeds, Bradford, York, Lincoln, Barnsley, Doncaster, Sheffield, Hull, Huddersfield and surrounding areas.
The Role
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans to achieve ambitious global sales targets
- Expand customer base while enhancing satisfaction, loyalty and service delivery
- Recruit, train and develop high-performing sales teams
- Conduct competitor analysis and build effective pricing models
- Lead forecasting and set regional sales targets
- Drive product and service development initiatives
- Increase market share and elevate brand presence worldwide
- Lead marketing strategy and strengthen the company's value proposition
- Win new business and grow key accounts
- Improve repeat business and overall service performance
- Act as a global ambassador for the brand

- Strong understanding of rotating equipment, pumps and associated components
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics

- Experience driving UK and international sales transformation and growth
- Exceptional ability to motivate, influence and lead teams
- Strong project management and prioritisation skills
- Background in industrial OEM distribution and end-user product/service sales
