The Role
- As a Graduate Trainee Sales Recruiter, you’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you:
- Build relationships with business leaders and decision-makers in the engineering and technical sectors
- Source and assess top sales talent for mid to senior-level roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from searching for candidates to organising interviews and supporting successful placements
- Use cutting-edge recruitment software and automation tools
- Support client accounts and learn to negotiate deals
