The Role

  • As a Graduate Trainee Sales Recruiter, you’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you:
  • Build relationships with business leaders and decision-makers in the engineering and technical sectors
  • Source and assess top sales talent for mid to senior-level roles
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from searching for candidates to organising interviews and supporting successful placements
