Location: Droitwich
Rate: £24 per hour (first 38 hours)
Overtime (beyond 38 hours & Saturday morning): £36 per hour (1.5x)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team working on modular plant room builds. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with expertise in pipework installation, pump fitting, and valve assembly within industrial or modular construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install mechanical systems in modular plant rooms
- Fit pipework, valves, and pumps according to specifications
- Work accurately from technical drawings and isometric diagrams
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate effectively with fabricators, welders, and electricians on-site
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in mechanical fitting, including pipework, valves, and pumps
- Ability to read and interpret technical/mechanical drawings
- Proficient with hand and power tools for mechanical assembly
- Previous experience in modular builds or industrial/mechanical settings
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Valid CSCS card or equivalent site safety certification
