Position Overview:
As a workshop Technician, you will be responsible for the meticulous service and maintenance of a wide variety of pumps. Your role will involve planned maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installing, and providing training to our customers. We are looking for a professional, competent, and socially adept individual who can work both independently and collaboratively with in our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct service and maintenance of the company\’s products, with a specialization in pumps and valves
Execute planned maintenance in a timely manner.
Provide workshop-based installation, repair and validation services.
Perform troubleshooting, service, and repair activities, addressing technical issues promptly and effectively.
Deliver workshop training sessions to customers on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Apprentice trained or time served 3+ years within the pump/valves/seals industry
Strong knowledge of pumps and valves is essential.
Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
