I am currently looking for a detail oriented Junior Quality Administrator. This is an entry level position and is ideal for somebody starting their career in Quality Assurance or Administration.
You will play a key role in supporting quality systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date as well as learning and helping to maintain compliance to industry standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining quality documentation and records for HVAC installations, servicing, and manufacturing
- Help track non-conformances, data analysis, and customer feedback
- Support the preparation and follow-up of internal audits and external inspections
- Ensure job files, certificates, and maintenance records are filed and accessible
- Input and update data in QM systems
- Support the Quality Manager in administrative tasks and reporting
- Participate in toolbox talks and training sessions related to quality and safety
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams (e.g., engineers, installers, admin staff)
- Basic understanding of quality or compliance is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Willingness to learn about HVAC systems, procedures, and quality standards
Education and Experience:
- High school GCSE grades 4 or above or equivalent required
- Previous admin or office experience is essential
- Training or certification in quality or HVAC is a plus
