Service Engineer – Water Pump Systems Location: Covering London & Southeast (Commutable to Bedford) Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime (x2) + Bonus + Paid Door-to-Door + Training Support About the Role A leading specialist in pump systems is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join their dynamic team. This field-based role will primarily cover London and the South East, with occasional travel to other regions. You’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of water pumping equipment across commercial and industrial sites. Key Responsibilities * Service, fault-find, and repair water pumps, booster sets, submersibles, sump pumps, and pressurisation units * Carry out routine maintenance and emergency call-outs * Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions * Complete service reports and liaise with clients professionally * Ensure compliance with health & safety standards on-site * Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (with generous overtime rates) What You’ll Need * Proven experience working with pump packages and associated systems * Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills * Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule * Full UK driving licence * Willingness to travel across the region and be commutable to Bedford What’s on Offer * Competitive salary up to £45,000 * Overtime paid at double time (x2) * Company bonus scheme * Paid door-to-door travel * Company-funded qualifications and training * Tools, uniform, and fully equipped company vehicle provided * Supportive team culture with long-term career development
