This isn’t about starting from scratch, it’s about taking a successful foundation and scaling it to new heights. 💼 What You’ll Be Driving * Elevating Partnerships – Focus on strategic, high-value relationships with ISVs, system integrators, and solution providers, especially those innovating in AI, IoT, computer vision, and automation. * Enterprise Impact – Shape go-to-market strategies with partners that resonate with large organisations and industry leaders. * Regional Influence – Adapt strategy to reflect local markets, languages, business norms, and compliance standards across the EMEA region. * Revenue Ownership – Drive growth through co-selling, joint offerings, and performance-driven collaboration. * Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate across sales, product, marketing, and operations to ensure partner alignment throughout the customer journey. * Innovation Mindset – Leverage cutting-edge tools (including AI) to maximise efficiency and impact. ✅ What You Bring * Proven success in senior channel, partner, or business development roles across EMEA, especially in tech, hardware, or enterprise solutions. * Solid grasp of partner ecosystems: ISVs, VARs, MSPs, and SIs. * Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build enterprise relationships that deliver results. * A strategic, commercial mindset and the flexibility to navigate diverse regional markets. * Technical know-how or certifications in IT, edge computing, or AI (bonus points!). 🌍 Where You’ll Work * UK based with travel across the region to strengthen partnerships and close strategic deals, Approx 10% of your time travelling. * Hybrid or remote options available, depending on your location.
