We are recruiting experienced Support Workers / Care Workers to support adults in regulated care environments for a local provider in Gloucester. You will be supporting either children (0 - 18yrs) or adults (18-65). This role is suited to professionals who value stable placements, clear care structures, and working consistently with the same service users. This is not high-churn agency work. We are not offering visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) depending on the service user and the care plan
- Supporting daily living activities with dignity and independence
- Following person-centred care plans
- Maintaining accurate care records

- Adhering to safeguarding, infection control, and H&S procedures
Requirements
- Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship required)
- Minimum 2 years UK care or support experience (domiciliary, supported living, or care home)

- Full UK driving licence & a Car (desirable)
- NVQ Level 2/3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
- Experience supporting adults in regulated settings
- Experience supporting children in regulated settings (depending on service user)
- Strong safeguarding awareness
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to commit to agreed patterns once set
