About the Role
We are recruiting experienced care workers (drivers only) to support adults in the Crowborough area and surrounding villages (within approximately 8-10 miles / 20-minute radius). You will primarily support:
- Older adults
- Individuals living with dementia
This role includes a mix of:
- Short-term cover
- Ongoing rota gaps
- Package-based continuity work
Hours offered vary depending on the local packages you take on. Once suitability and reliability are established, local runs can be built around consistent availability. This is local, community-based care; reliability and timekeeping are essential. Drivers are required due to travel between calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering personal care in clients' homes
- Supporting daily living tasks with dignity and independence

- Supporting individuals living with dementia
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Supporting medication where trained
- Adhering to safeguarding, infection control, and Health & Safety procedures
Requirements
- Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship required)
- Minimum 2 years UK care experience (domiciliary preferred)
- Experience supporting older adults and/or dementia care
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
- Good spoken and written English
- Reliable availability and ability to commit to agreed local packages
