Our client is seeking a compassionate and proactive Caseworker to join their dedicated Family Support Service team in North/South London. In this rewarding role, you will manage a team of support workers, ensuring that personalised care is delivered to help service users lead as independent a life as possible.

As a Caseworker, your responsibilities will include accepting referrals, arranging home visits, and conducting assessments to develop bespoke support plans tailored to each individual's needs. Your role will be vital in helping service users achieve their personal goals while maintaining their dignity, privacy, and independence.

They are a well-established Domiciliary Care and Support service provider in South London with over 15 years of experience. They specialise in providing high-quality, person-centred care services for children, young people, and adults with learning and/or physical disabilities. Ideal Candidate:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a similar role within domiciliary care.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A strong understanding of person-centred care principles.
  • Proficiency in IT systems for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
