We are seeking a Senior Sales and Account Manager to help scale our global presence and lead our strategic accounts for the Advanced Delivery Platform — an integrated hardware and software solution that provides a transparent and efficient end‑to‑end bunker service, reducing cost and risk. Our innovations are used by leading market participants to address key industry challenges such as fuel quantity shortages and fuel quality opacity. We operate as a global team focused on agile product delivery, innovation, customer engagement, and growth. This is a high‑influence role, working directly with the executive board to shape and execute our commercial roadmap.

You will have full ownership of the sales pipeline—from identifying new market opportunities and closing deals to onboarding new accounts and ensuring long‑term success.

Location: This is a global role, and we are flexible on location for candidates whose experience and profile are particularly relevant to our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics.
  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategy as well as sales processes.
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
  • Manage sales pipeline and projected revenues.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct and maintain industry competitive landscape analysis.
  • Be the first point of contact for new clients, from pitch until completed onboarding process.
  • Manage client accounts, including new contracts and renewals.
  • Conduct client demos alongside product team.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing material.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the commodities, shipping, or bunkering industry.
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation (5+ years).
  • Experience managing projects with clients and/or external stakeholders (5+ years).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent English.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Ability to work as a global team member with a distributed team.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
