Montana Spa & Fitness , we are looking for a Leisure Club Assistant who is passionate about people, fitness and exceptional standards .

We have a community of more than

300 Leisure Club Members , many of whom visit us regularly.

This isn't simply a role where you check people in and point them towards the gym.

We want someone who gets to know our members, remembers their names, understands what they are trying to achieve and genuinely enjoys being part of their fitness journey.

You could be welcoming a regular member by name in the morning, helping someone use a piece of equipment for the first time, suggesting a workout routine, checking in with a member about their progress, or simply having a friendly conversation over a coffee.

Building relationships is at the heart of this role.

And when it comes to the club itself, we want someone who takes ownership. Our facilities should always look and feel exceptional. That means being prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in

  • cleaning equipment, poolside areas, changing rooms, sauna, steam room and other facilities throughout the week.

You won't be afraid of hard work, and you'll understand that the small details make a big difference to our members' experience.

What will you be doing?

Your role will be varied, hands-on and people-focused. You will

  • Build genuine relationships with our 300+ Leisure Club Members and get to know our regulars by name.
  • Welcome members, hotel and spa guests with warmth, enthusiasm and professionalism.
