We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and service-oriented Bar & Restaurant Servers to join our team at Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, located within the Mercure Bridgwater Hotel. As part of a high-profile, branded restaurant, you will play a vital role in delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, professional service to all guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality
- Take orders efficiently and accurately, offering menu advice and upselling when appropriate
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation standards
- Prepare and serve drinks from the bar, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
