We are currently seeking a confident, responsible, and service-driven Night Manager to join our team. As Night Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests throughout the night (10pm-6.30am).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the hotel’s nightly operations, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly
Welcome late arrivals and process night check-ins and check-outs
Conduct regular security checks of the building and public areas, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times
Handle guest requests, enquiries, and emergencies professionally and efficiently
Prepare and reconcile daily reports, balancing accounts and processing end-of-day procedures
Liaise with the Reception team to ensure a seamless handover to the morning shift
About You:
Previous experience in a similar night or front desk role within hospitality is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organised with good attention to detail and numeracy skills
Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions overnight
IT literate; knowledge of hotel PMS systems an advantage (full training provided)
Successful candidates will undergo a basic DBS check (which we will pay for) which must be passed for probation to besuccessful.
