As our next Front Office Manager, you will:

  • Ensure that guests have a smooth running stay at the hotel
  • Manage and motivate front office teams in order to provide high quality services for guests
  • Ensure the department meets its quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Increase revenue through sales efforts and by managing rooms revenue effectively (Revenue Management)
  • Implement brand and Group projects and identity features
  • Ensure effective utilisation & productivity of all colleagues through staff planning, hiring, scheduling & adhering to budget
  • Adhere to and promote the Company’s Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe work environment and knowledgeable all safety & emergency procedures ensuring a clean and safe working environment
  • Carry out Duty Management shifts accordingly to DM ROTA and business needs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in similar roles is preferable
  • Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong team player and positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Essential to be flexible with working hours
