Job Description

Located in the heart of London, Mercure London Bankside Hotel, we’re looking for a Front Office Team Member / Receptionist who brings a sparking personality. As part of our team you can have:

As our next Receptionist, you…

You are the ‘face of Mercure London Bankside’, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay. Make the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience. You are a passionate individual dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

A little more information:

To help you navigate your role and support your success, you will be trained in all front-of-house related functions and the safety of the property and people. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English. Understanding things from our guests’ perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
