Full time position on site £45,000 to £50,000 per annum. We are seeking an innovative and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our dynamic team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you’ll blend strategic sales leadership with creative storytelling to amplify our brand presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales, PR, and marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms.
- Crafting compelling social media content and managing online campaigns to enhance engagement and visibility.
- Building strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to support brand and sales initiatives.
- Conducting market analysis, identifying trends, and optimizing strategies to maintain competitive positioning.
- Managing advertising, promotional activities, and annual marketing budgets.
- Mentoring and empowering sales, reservations, and business development teams to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborating on pricing, revenue management, and forecasting with hotel leadership.
Qualifications:
