We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Longfield, United Kingdom at the Iconic Brands Hatch Race Circuit.   • Lead and supervise a section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to menu specifications and customer orders
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and development
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

  • Assist in controlling food costs and minimizing waste
  • Ensure timely and efficient food preparation during service hours

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times

Qualifications
