Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver great hospitality across our Restaurant, Lounge Bar, Meeting Rooms and Event space.
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage shifts
- Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency
- Train and mentor new staff members
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organisation
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall success
