Maintenance & Painter

This is a diverse role covering all aspects of general repair from painting bedrooms and public areas, to repairing toilets, changing light bulbs and gardening; no day is ever the same.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment
  • Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
  • Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Painting and decorating bedrooms to a four star standard

Qualifications

  • Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable, able to work on your own
  • Being able to paint and decorate competently
  • Be proud of your work and to be part of a great family of staff at the hotel
