Maintenance & Painter
This is a diverse role covering all aspects of general repair from painting bedrooms and public areas, to repairing toilets, changing light bulbs and gardening; no day is ever the same.

What You Will Be Doing
- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment
- Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
- Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Painting and decorating bedrooms to a four star standard
Qualifications
- Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable, able to work on your own
- Being able to paint and decorate competently
- Be proud of your work and to be part of a great family of staff at the hotel
