What You Will Be Doing
- Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
- Strategize on new products and service offerings
- Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing full-service hotel food operations, including breakfast service, running the bar operations, and banquet events for groups up to 150+ guests
- Knowledge of Brand Standard would be an advantage
- This is a hands-on role with some admin required, such as rotating staff, stock-taking, health and safety, performance reviews
- You must have Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or management role within hotel food and beverage operations
- Service-focused mindset with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders—guests, staff, and suppliers
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to lead by example, develop team culture, and drive high-performance standards, for a team of over twenty team members
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to clearly articulate strategies, actions, and opportunities
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple operations simultaneously while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction
- As a senior manager in the business you will be doing duty management shifts and representing the General Manager
- Passion for continuous improvement and the drive to develop into a leadership role such as Operations Manager or General Manager

The MERCURE White Hart hotel is the largest hotel in the City of Salisbury, with 68 bedrooms and 12 apartments. The hotel offers event space for up to 220 guests in five unique spaces. It is known as a hotel within the heart of the community and is the go-to place for all events within the area, given our great reputation.

Quality of life is important to us and we practise what we preach: weekends off on a rotational basis and straight shifts.
