Job Description

Food Service Manager – strategically lead the team to elevate guest satisfaction. You will manage food & beverage operations, guide staff, and drive service excellence.

  • Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team.
  • Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained.
  • Strategize on new products and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing full‑service hotel food operations, including breakfast, bar, and banquet events for groups up to 150+ guests.
  • Knowledge of Brand Standard is an advantage.
  • Hands‑on role with administrative duties such as staff rostering, stocktaking, health & safety, performance reviews.
  • Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or management role within hotel food and beverage operations.
  • Service‑focused mindset and relationship building with guests, staff, and suppliers.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, able to lead by example, develop team culture, and drive high‑performance standards for a team of over twenty.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to articulate strategies, actions, and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple operations simultaneously while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Senior manager will handle duty management shifts and represent the General Manager.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and drive to develop into a leadership role such as Operations Manager or General Manager.
