Join Our Restaurant Team at Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bridgwater. We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and service-focused Bar & Restaurant Servers to join our Marco Pierre White Steakhouse team, located within the Mercure Bridgwater Hotel. As part of a high-profile, branded restaurant, you’ll play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional service to all guests, ensuring they enjoy a high standard of hospitality.
- Take orders efficiently and accurately, offering menu advice and upselling where appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation standards.
- Prepare and serve drinks from the bar, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented restaurant and bar environment.
- Deal with any guest queries or concerns professionally and promptly.
About You
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is desirable, but full training will be provided.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Well-presented, polite, and confident in dealing with guests.

- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
