We are looking for a Receptionist at Mercure London Bankside. The role involves greeting guests, managing front-office tasks, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the hotel, extending a warm welcome to guests.
- Provide a welcoming experience and support guests at the front desk.
- Cooperate with other hotel departments to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
- Work in shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., with occasional night shifts (11 p.m.–7 a.m.).
- Train in all front-office related functions and safety of the property and people.
