Job Description:
As our next Reception Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth, professional service delivery.
- Supervise, support and mentor the Front Office team, including day and night receptionists.
- Train, induct and develop team members in line with brand standards and service procedures.
- Ensure clear communication of hotel policies, rates, events and operational updates.
- Manage VIP guest experiences, resolve escalated guest concerns and handle credit issues.
- Oversee banking procedures, key control and guest confidentiality compliance.
- Drive a positive team culture focused on service excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, security and brand standards at all times.
To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English. Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
