Welcoming the guests to our F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service.

  • Conveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards.
  • Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests.
  • Good knowledge of our products.
  • Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
  • Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times.
  • Receiving and processing customers’ payments.
  • Making sure ingredient labels are visible in all stations.
  • Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing tables.
  • Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns.
  • Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Customer service mindset with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling payments and transactions.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant food and beverage service experience or training.
  • Certification in food safety or hospitality service.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Multilingual abilities.
  • Experience in an upscale or hotel dining environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell and promote services.
